Orders are shipped by GLS on behalf of REGLISS.IT, from Monday to Friday with hours 9:00 to 18:00. Delivery is FREE and is against REGLISS.IT throughout and only the Italian territory; to my country or at least out of the Italian territory, the system will generate REGLISS.IT 'automatically the cost of goods destination, automatically adding it to the cost of product and service (COD) desired by the customer.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on next Monday morning or at least from the first working day.
We wish to remind our new customers that REGLISS.IT ask Banca Nazionale del Lavoro (BNL) to contact the bank's customer to have the approval of the payment, so that we can proceed with the shipment. This check may cause some delay in shipping your first order.
For items available shipping will be immediate.
Tracing of the shipment
At the time of shipment of the order, REGLISS.IT send its customers an email with the tracking number provided by GLS. Customers can track the status of your shipment on the site www.gls-italy.com entering the code provided by GLS when ordering.
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with an order, the unused item can be returned for exchange or refund within 100 days from the date of shipment.
1.
